Quarry Bay Jogging Trail is designed for joggers however it is also a pleasant walking/hiking trail located up in the hills behind Quarry Bay. You will however see many joggers along this trail so be sure to keep clear of them in respect to the trail aesthetics.
To get to the beginning of Quarry Bay Jogging Trail involved an initial 1.5km climb up Mount Parker Road from Quarry Bay. Alternatively you could also get to the start of the trail by first hiking Hong Pak Country Trail Reversed.

Quarry Bay Jogging Trail is about 2.5km long, and quite pleasant because it is generally flat and features lots of greenery and shaded walkways on mainly unpaved trails.

Quarry Bay Jogging Trail ends at Braemar Hill above North Point. At the end of the trail you can walk down Po Luen Path, turn right onto Tin Hau Temple Road, and look for a staircase on your left going down the hill towards the bottom of Pak Fuk Road. Continue across the road and down another set of small stairs and turn right to get to Quarry Bay MTR exit C.

Now, let’s get onto the hike! Make your way to the starting point of Quarry Bay Jogging Trail. If you are heading up Mount Parker Road, you will see the trail head about 1.5km up the hill on the right hand side. Be sure to keep a careful eye out because you could walk past it.
The are many trails which branch off from Quarry Bay Jogging Trail so be sure that you take the correct turn offs or it could be quite easy to get a little bit lost.
